The Japanese
were very patriotic. They were willing and did fight to the death even commit
suicide rather than surrender to allied troops. Even if everybody believes something,
it doesn't make it true. I believe the United States was the best country until
a decade or so after World War 2. How anybody can be patriotic anymore?
We live in a country one-step away from being
a police state. We live in an oppressive society that impoverishes most of its
population. The United States is now a rogue state that aggressively invades
other countries. It does things that it once prosecuted other countries for
doing, like torture. Our country tortures people and holds them indefinitely
without a charge or trial.
9/11 was a
terrible day. I was at work and remember I couldn't wait to get off work to
watch TV. I watched it every day and was so mad and like almost everyone else,
I wanted to punish those who were involved. What I didn't want is our rights to
be slowly stole from us. The first thing we did was invade a country that had
nothing to do with 9/11 but they did have oil and a dictator that little georgy didn't like. War criminal Dick Cheney said the definition of torture is a kid
on his cell phone in the trade center before it came down. Almost 14 years
later and he still uses that as an answer to everything. 9/11, 9/11, 9/11. That’s
all you hear from these war criminals. Like I said 9/11 was bad but it’s
nothing compared to the horror we've caused around the world. Until things,
change there is nothing to be proud of in this country. Obama, Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld,
Etc. all support conquest, murder, and tyranny so until they are tried and
convicted of war crimes we have no right to tell any other country how it
should be ran. We have no morals anymore. We have become the aggressor. I’d
rather die free on my feet then live without rights on my knees.
